TERMS;

before entrusting your request, kindly take a moment to read the conditions recorded below. by proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to them in full.

1. every form is a sealed intent. once received, it becomes irreversible. silence, delay/disappearance will be recorded as abandonment of the request. entries are observed within 24 hours.
2. all payments are to be settled upfront via QRIS only. an invoice must be fulfilled within twenty-four (24) hours of being issued. if any difficulty arises regarding payment, kindly inform me in advance.
3. all portraits must be provided by the client through direct upload or Google Drive. inappropriate or forbidden material (fan-taken, fansites, paid or gated image.. etc) will not be carried forward. assistance in sourcing images is available upon request and will incur an additional fee of +3k
4. each piece requires approximately one (1) to seven (10) days to complete, depending on queue, complexity, and circumstances beyond the veil. the estimated time may be extended should unexpected matters arise.
5. requests requiring urgency must be declared before submission. availability for priority passage is limited and cannot always be guaranteed. the following additional fees will be calculated based on the total price of the requested layout:

• 2×24 hours — additional 30% of the total price
• 24 hours — additional 50% of the total price
• 3–7 hours — additional 100% of the total price

1. minor revisions are limited to two (2) occasions per layout;

• minor revisions include: text corrections, small repositioning adjustments, scenery replacement
• major revisions will incur an additional fee of +7k. include: muse replacement, scenery replacement, significant recolouring.

1. if no colour palette, references, or specific directions are provided, creative decisions will be made according to what best complements the supplied materials. to avoid dissatisfaction, kindly communicate your preferences beforehand.
2. everything beneath the veil is made with intention. in return, i kindly ask for patience, clarity, and respect throughout the process.
